Eva M. Reussner is a researcher currently working at the Knowledge Media Research Center in Tuebingen, Germany in the research project “Learning in the museum: The role of digital media”, examining the learning potential provided by digital media in museums. Eva has an M.A. in Applied Cultural Studies (University of Lueneburg). Her research interests are in the areas of audience research and evaluation, exhibition development and new technologies in museums. She is finishing her PhD at the Freie Universitaet Berlin with a dissertation on the "Use and Impact of Audience Research for Museums", examining success factors for audience research in museums.
