Mary Dyson is a lecturer in the Department of Typography & Graphic Communication. She has a background in psychology and teaches and researches into pedagogical and human factors aspects of electronic publishing. Specific research projects have included evaluating multimedia in museums and experiments on legibility on screen. She is involved in the evaluation of the interfaces developed as part of the MERL project.
