Archives & Museum Informatics
2000

The World Wide Web is one of the most internationalizing phenomena museums have ever experienced. Every week we discover extremely exciting web sites that convince us that geography isn't the driving factor in creative use of the web in heritage organizations. Museums and the Web provides an opportunity for exchange of information among museum web developers wherever they work, and features the best museum web work worldwide. Scholarships help remove economic barriers for some participants. All scholarship recipients were awarded conference and workshop registrations by Archives & Museums Informatics
