Chuck Barger is Vice President of Design + Development for Interactive Knowledge, Inc., an e-learning design studio based in Charlotte, North Carolina. He has a B.A. in Philosophy from Greensboro College and an M.Ed. in Instructional Technology from the University of South Carolina. With Tim Songer, he founded Interactive Knowledge in 1991. He has been lead designer on over one hundred interactive educational titles during his career. He has presented at educational conferences across the country and is recognized as a leading expert in integrating the arts and culture into the lives of children and adults. He is currently working with national and local cultural organizations including the Smithsonian, the U.S. Department of Education as well as the Charlotte Symphony and the Mint Museum of Art.
