Jill Fruchter is an independent education technology consultant. As a project manager, content developer and evaluator, she works with cultural and education research organizations to make museum and library collections more accessible to children, their families and educators through digital media. Jill is an advocate of user-centered design, emphasizing the integration of end-user research and testing throughout the development processfrom concept to implementation. Jill has a Masters degree in Library and Information Science.
