Paola Franzosi graduated in foreign languages and literatures by the Catholic University of Milan. After a 6 months internship at the Louvre Museum, she joined the HOC-lab in September 2005. Since then, she has worked at the textual and visual communication strategies for cultural heritage applications, developing a specific skill in the "Quick Story Telling" technique. She has been editor of more than 10 multi-channel applications for various cultural heritage institutions (among which the Archeological Museum of Milan and the Syrian Ministry of Tourism and Culture).
