Sarah's passion is in providing systems that are focused on the needs of the customer, rather than the latest technology fad. She has previously spoken at Museums and the Web and regularly talks about technology in the arts/heritage sector. Sarah's early career focused on ticket sales and retail systems before moving to data communications, specialising in networking unique buildings.
