Kristy Martin researched and wrote two of the stories located on this site; Dear Ellie: Letters from the West and Guest Children in 2005-2006, while completing an MA in Public History at Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario. Kristy is originally from Fredericton (NB), where she completed her undergraduate degree in History from St Thomas University. She currently works for the web development company, Idéeclic, as a Project Development Coordinator, helping to develop web projects for Museums, heritage sites and educational institutions.
