Charlotte leads the New Media department at the National Gallery, London and is a multi-skilled digital professional focused on creating exemplary user experiences across the digital spectrum.

She’s been responsible for the development of some of the most widely recognized, award-wining systems within the cultural sector ranging from online, mobile, kiosk, and broadcast.

Now heavily focused on strategy, communication and change management her goal has always been to identify and implement approaches that will both inform and engage audiences whilst meeting key organisational objectives. At heart she’s an ideas person who brings out the best in a team. A background in design and content development means she takes a holistic approach - with a beady eye on the big picture. She’s passionate about the digital world and the ever-changing opportunities it affords us to communicate and share on both a domestic and global stage.
