Elisa Rubegni is a Post-Doc Researcher at the Università della Svizzera italiana. She graduated in Communication Science at University of Siena (Italy) and she holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Florence (Italy).

Elisa’s research activity falls within the field of Human Computer Interaction in particular Interaction design and Computer-supported collaborative work (CSCW). Her work concerns the design of interactive systems for supporting human activity within Ubiquitous Computing and Tangible User Interface paradigms, and the evaluation of the impact of these technologies on human behaviour.

Currently, she teaches Usability and Interaction Design at the Università della Svizzera italiana at master level (Technology-Enhanced Communication for Cultural Heritage)and at bachelor level (Communication Science Faculty).

She is teaching Multimedia and Interaction design at the Master level of the Università di Siena.
