Jean-Michel Cornu is a French Consultant and Expert for the European Commission. He is also a member of the organisation team of the
DLM Forum. His publications include authoring the guideline: "Best practices for using Electronic Information" (version 2.0 to be published soon). In addition, Cornu is a member of the DLM-Forum Monitoring Committee.
