Timothy Slavin currently serves as the Information Policy & Technology Coordinator for the Delaware Public Archives and has primary responsibility for overseeing all electronic records activities for the agency. The Delaware Public Archives is currently 7 months into a 2 year NHPRC funded project (aka The Delaware Project) which addresses electronic records management. The project has three tracks: 1. training and education for DPA staff; 2. developing a set of functional requirements for electronic record keeping (drawn from the University of Pittsburgh project); and, 3. conducting a sampling and analysis of existing electronic information systems in state government.
