Session: Demo Session 2

The Oregon Museum of Science and Industry (OMSI) recently unveiled a new website design and architecture that streamlines navigation, adds dynamism to the site, and enables more staff to update content. The highlight of the new site is our Change Your View of OMSI! feature that allows visitors to select different "themes" for their visit through the OMSI website. Change Your View of OMSI! enables the same basic website to take on an unlimited number of new graphic and semantic identities with minimal design work and instant site-wide implementation. We will demonstrate the Change Your View feature and its use, show how we designed and built the feature, and detail OMSI's future plans to enable users to dynamically customize our website.
