Museum Online Archive of California (MOAC)- a collaborative two-year project sponsored by the California Digital Library in partnership with Museums throughout California - seeks to evaluate the capabilities of EAD to describe and provide public access to museum collections online. In addition, the project seeks to virtually integrate collections of primary content across types of museums and to build scalable production methods.
