Margot Wallace is on the advertising faculty of Columbia College Chicago and consults on marketing communications for clients in education, hospitality and leisure, food, financial services, and health care. She is currently conducting a major research project on museum branding at DePaul University. As a writer and creative director at J. Walter Thompson advertising agency in Chicago, Ms. Wallace created campaigns for many consumer products. A former member of the Women's Board of Chicago's Museum of Contemporary Art, she created the brand name, "Vernissage," for the museum's annual fund-raising event. Ms. Wallace speaks regularly to groups such as the American Marketing Association, Business Marketing Association, Illinois Institute of Technology Stuart School of Business, and University of Chicago Graham School of General Studies. She is publisher of Paris By Heart, a travel newsletter, and serves on the Library Committee of the Winnetka (Illinois) Village Caucus.

Margot will present Building Museum Brands for the Next Generation: Web sites that reach and keep young people
