Anthony Huberman is the Education and Public Programs Coordinator and current Acting Education Director at P.S.1 Contemporary Art Center, in New York. He received a B.A. in sociology from Georgetown University. He has worked at the The Washington Project for the Arts/Corcoran, the Museum of Modern Art, NY, Exit Art, NY, and Dia Center for the Arts, NY. In February 1999, he began his position at P.S.1 Contemporary Art Center (a MoMA Affiliate). His responsabilities include conceptualizing, developing, and running all Education Programs for youth, school, and adult audiences, providing all content for the museum website and maintaining the site, organizing all lectures and symposia, writing and editing all educational brochures and print materials, and editing all of the museum's catalogue publications. He is a member of NYCMER and was a panel member for "Museum Education: Progams and Funding" at the New York University Photography Institute (June, 2000) and was the moderator for "Art in the Age of Digital Manipulation," a panel discussion with artists and writers for P.S.1's "Greater New York" exhibition (April, 2000).
