John Vergo
John Vergo is the manager of the User Experience Research Group at the IBM T.J. Watson Research Center in Hawthorne New York. His research interests include human-computer interaction, user-centered design methods, multimodal user interfaces, e-commerce user experiences, speech recognition, natural language understanding. scientific visualization, 3D graphics and software development methods. He has a BS in Mathematics and Psychology for the University at Albany, and an MS in Computer Science form Polytechnic University.
