George Giannoulis - Giannoulopoulos has a degree in Economic Sciences (University of Athens -1989) and a Diplôme d' Etudes Approfondies (Master Degree) in the organization and management of development programs, local development cultural institutions and tourism (Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales, Grande Ecole, Paris). He has conducted research on the organisation of museums, festivals, international educational exchanges and cultural tourism (Universite Paris V) and has attended professional seminars on theatre, Spanish culture and civilisation. He has published various articles on cinema and theatre in reviews in Athens and Paris. He has taught economics for several years at the Educational Group Xini and the Economics Department of the Glamorgan University in Athens Greece. Since 1996, he is actively involved in managing many European projects in the fields of education, culture and information society technologies (IST, ADAPT, LEONARDO, NOW, HORIZON) for organisations such as the INTEGRATION KEK Training Center and the Foundation of the Hellenic World (since 1999), both located in Athens Greece.
