Antony Cherian is a graduate student and teaching assistant at the School of Library and Information Science at the University of Texas at Austin. He has taught online algebra and pre-algebra courses at Stanford University's Education Program for Gifted Youth. He developed and taught an integrated multi-disciplinary curriculum for 8 to 12 year old children at the San Francisco Chinatown YWCA. He was also the Technology Coordinator and Instructor at Austin Learning Academy, a non-profit family literacy program in Austin, Texas. Currently, he is pursuing a career in public history with a focus on creating educational materials to teach history outside the traditional classroom setting.
