Pauline webb has worked in the museum field for 18 years, after an earlier spell as an academic researcher. She is responsible for the management of the object collections of the Museum of Science and Industry, with special responsibility for the social history collections. One of her areas of responsibility is the Museum's collections management system and its web interface. She has worked on a number of collaborative web projects over the last five years.
