Jim Blackaby is the general administrator for Digital Voyages. He has worked on related projects at Mystic Seaport, in Minnesota with ArtsConnectEd and the Walker Art Center, at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, and elsewhere. He has also worked as an independent consultant and developer of collections software and spent ten years as the Curator of the Mercer and Fonthill Museums of the Bucks County Hisorical Society.
