Ben Rubinstein is Cognitive Applications' technical director. He has a degree in Philosophy and Artificial Intelligence from Sussex University. Since joining Cognitive Applications in 1987, Ben has been responsible for the company's technical development. He is the chief architect and author of Cognitive Applications' online, multimedia and CD-ROM software. Ben has recently been technical lead for online collections projects at the National Portrait Gallery, the Cleveland Museum of Art, the Sheffield Museums and Galleries Trust and several others.
