Evelyn Figueroa is a senior Project Director at the Smithsonian Institution (SITES) and has extensive experience in the museum field, multimedia exhibition and program development, and on outreach strategies to diverse communities. She is the founder of the Latino Network Professional Interest Committee, serves as a consultant to Latino museums, and is a member of the Smithsonian Institution museum professional training faculty. Figueroa holds a bachelor degree from the University of Puerto Rico, a Master Degree in design and art history from the Washington State University, and a Master Degree in Museum Studies from the George Washington University.
