Scott Pennington is a web and educational specialist at MATRIX. He has taught internet design and research at Michigan State University, and at several international conferences, most recently DELOS 2002 in Pisa, Italy and the 2002 Cutting Edge seminars for South African Libraries and Museums in Durban, South Africa. Scott has designed sites for MSU faculty and departments, several state and international organizations, and numerous commercial sites. He specializes in faculty training, instructional technologies, and online educational resources and is currently project leader for the African Online Digital Library, and Exploring Africa, a resource of primary documents, course materials, and educational development tools for K-12 educators (Civics, Social Studies, and History).
