Alex Morrison is Cognitive Applications Limited's managing director and president of Cognitive Applications Incorporated. He graduated from Oxford University with a degree in Mathematics and Philosophy in 1979. Following a brief period studying logic at the University of California, Berkeley he has worked full-time as a systems designer and businessman. Before founding Cognitive Applications, Alex worked for management consultants Arthur Andersen and Co. Since 1985 Alex has been involved in all of the company's projects. Alex has been an invited speaker at a series of events including ICHIM/MCN 1995, the conference to mark opening of the Louvre Pyramid and the recent V&A conference on Interactivity to mark the opening of the British Galleries.
