Franca Garzotto is associate professor at the Department of Electronics and Information of Politecnico di Milano. Her main research interests, mostly applied to the domain of cultural heritage, are web design and usability, user requirements, and multichannel interfaces. In these fields, she was project manager of several national and EC funded projects, and Program Committee co-chair of three intentional workshops and conferences, including ICHIM'01
