Julie Beeler Julie Beeler is the co-founder and studio director of Second Story, an interactive studio that creates informative and entertaining experiences for the Web, kiosks, multimedia installations and other digital media. From intuitive collections accessibility sites to rich-media interpretive presentations, the studio is dedicated to inspiring, educating and entertaining audiences through innovative, interactive storytelling. With years of experience working with museums and cultural institutions, Julie’s expertise is in developing integrated interactive media strategies. She has worked with a variety clients to present interactive experiences to both ‘online and inline’ visitors including, National Library of Medicine, Peabody Essex Museum, The National Archives and Records Administration, The Museum of Modern Art, The J. Paul Getty Museum, National Museum of American History, National Gallery of Art and the Liberty Memorial Museum. Second Story’s work has received over 100 industry awards and honors from the design community and popular press, including five AAM Muse awards and three Museums and the Web awards in 2003.
