Phil Locke Phil Locke is the Web Projects Manager for the Victoria and Albert Museum in London responsible for the development and production of all internet and intranet projects. Coming from a background of electronic engineering, computer media and then managing a web media consultancy, he joined the V&A two and a half years ago with a brief to ‘knock down the walls of the Museum’ and make it accessible to all via the internet. For the past 18 months, he managed the complete conception, production and delivery of the new V&A web site.
