Dan Lukash Dan Lukash has been with the Institute of Museum and Library Services since 1986. He came to IMS with a background of grants experience from two other government agencies. He has worked closely with all the programs at IMLS. Currently, he is overseeing the closeout of the General Operating Support program, as well as the primary program manager for the National Leadership Grant Program. He is also in charge of recruitment of reviewers and panelists. Lukash obtained a Masters degree in Administration from Johns Hopkins University in 1995 to complement my Bachelor's degree in History from Wake Forest University.
