Stéphanie Pouchot is a professor in information and communication sciences at the Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1. She obtained a doctorate in information and communication sciences from the Université Grenoble 3 in 2003, specialising in human-machine communication and automated language processing. In 2003-2004 she was a post-doctoral research fellow at the École de bibliothéconomie et des sciences de l'information, Université de Montréal, where she worked on various aspects of using digital information systems in Canadian contemporary art, including user needs, behaviours, and interactions. She is presently researching the uses of digital documents, their evolution, and their users.

Stephanie will present DigiCulture, A Study In User Behaviours With Digital Cultural Materials In Contemporary Art.
