Before working for Nature Publishing Group, between 1997 and 2003 Stefania worked as a Web project manager for the Web and Education Department at the Science Centre Città della Scienza (Naples), at the Science Museum Leonardo da Vinci (Milan) and for a Web agency (Milan). Her Web sites have been published in several Web design books. She launched www.webmatch.org, an on-line and off-line meeting point for Italian Web Designers.
