Allegra Burnette is the Creative Director of Digital Media at The Museum of Modern Art, overseeing design and production for the Museum's Web site, MoMA.org, as well as interpretive kiosks and displays. Recent projects have included database-driven online collection and e-cards sections on MoMA.org, the digital display screens in the reopened expanded Museum, and several exhibition subsites, such as Tall Buildings, Cézanne & Pissarro, and Contemporary Voices. Prior to working at MoMA, Allegra was responsible for creating and running a media department at Ralph Appelbaum Associates, a world-renowned museum exhibition planning and design firm. Allegra has an MFA in Museum Exhibition Planning and Design from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, and a BA from Dartmouth College, with a major in Art History.
