Michael Knapp, Ph.D. is Managing Director of GreenRiver.org. Michael is a database designer and analyst specializing in web-based application development. Michael was trained as an applied biostatistician, conducting statistical analyses with SAS software and working with spatial data using ArcInfo and ArcView. His interest in Web-based instruction arose from the graduate level courses he taught in Internet research, Web application development, and Intranets.
