David Henry has been developing dynamic websites for government, education, non-profits, and cultural institutions since 1995. He pioneered the use of the internet at the U.S. General Accounting Office (GAO) in the mid-1990s; he was the first to develop an online survey for data collection at GAO. He has used the Drupal framework since 2003 when he began developing school based web applications and non-profit websites. He lives and works in St. Louis Missouri.
