Dr. Steven L. Herb is Director of the Pennsylvania Center for the Book, hosted by the Pennsylvania State University Libraries. He is also Department Head of the Education and Behavioral Sciences Library at Penn State. He holds a Ph.D. in Early Childhood Education from Penn State.
