I am a Senior Interpretive Planner at the Canadian War Museum. I advocate for the visitor experience in all aspects of the physical museum and apply that approach to the user experience on-line. For this project, I worked with the content experts and the design team to create the site’s information architecture, developed a Web writing guide tailored to Museum professionals and oversaw the creation of the teacher resources. I am keen to see interpretive planning integrated into all the Canadian War Museum’s on-line initiatives.
