Paper Submission
All speakers at MW2009 must submit written papers prior to the Conference. Papers are required for all speakers in formal Sessions, Professional Forums, and Mini–workshops. Papers are optional for Demonstrations.
Submit your paper, biography, and photograph using the on–line paper upload form.
Deadlines
All papers are due by January 31, 2009. Papers must be accompanied by completed forms, signed by all authors for Copyright (PDF) and AV Request (PDF).
Speakers who do not submit their paper in the appropriate format, by the deadline, will forfeit their place on the program.
Paper Format Guidelines
Papers must follow the Guidelines for MW2009 Papers, or they will not be accepted. Include your biography and author photo with your paper.
Paper Submission
Submit your paper, biography, and photograph using the on–line paper upload form. You may also upload scanned copies of your Copyright and AV forms this way.
If you need to send subsequent files, use the form again, and include a note explaining your replacement or addition.Do not e–mail your paper (files get lost that way). Papers sent by e–mail will be returned to the author and not considered submitted.
