The web's potential for creative expression, and communication is limitless; it allows artists the opportunity to access audiences outside the mainstream gallery system and develop communities where immediate exchange of ideas and global collaboration is possible.

Using Year Zero One's directory of artists' projects, we will explore the developing language and aesthetics of the web and how artists around the world are creating works using this dynamic, interactive new medium.
