Best Research Site

Any web site that provides excellent research information in any discipline. This category can be distinguished from an educational site in the level of depth of information presented and perhaps a less structured learning process where multiple outcomes are possible. Individual judgments as to the value of data retrieved are crucial. Important features are:
  • Good search engines

  • Presentation of retrieval data

  • Ability to manipulate retrieval data

  • Metadata

  • Inter-operability.
