Leslie Chan
Educational and Publishing Consultant, Centre for Instructional
Technology Development and Dept. of Anthropology, University
of Toronto at Scarborough
Leslie Chan is publishing and educational consultant for the Centre
for Instructional Technology Development (CITD) at the University of
Toronto at Scarborough. He received his Master in Anthropology from
the University of Toronto and prior to joining the CITD, he was a lecturer
in the Department of Anthropology at McMaster University and the University
of Toronto at Scarborough. Mr. Chan has a broad range of publishing
experience both in print and electronically, and he is active in research
in the area of computer-mediated learning strategies. He has served
as network resource consultant for a number of organizations, including
the Canadian Association for Physical Anthropology, The Hong Kong Human
Rights Commission and Canadian Scholars Press.
Leslie will co-present The
Global Gathering Place: Exploring the Ethnocultural Diversity of Canada
on the Web.
