Jennifer Earls

Museum Explorers Project Coordinator, University Museum

Jennifer Earls, Museum Explorers Project Coordinator, is an experienced high school teacher who coordinates the Southern Illinois University Museum at Carbondale's (SIUC) "Museum in the Classroom" project. Her position allows her to put into practice both her educational background and love of computers. Ms. Earls started working with the "Museum Explorers" project as a Masters student. After a year of teaching in the public schools, she returned to the Museum to work full-time with the grant project. Ms. Earls has a MS in Science and Environmental Education, and BS in Biological Sciences and Secondary Education from SIUC. As of May 1988, she will be ending year in the Instructional Design Ph.D. program at SIUC. Subsidiary Session Museum Applications 23/4/98 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm Museums in Classrooms

Jennifer will co-present Integrating Museum Artifacts and Technology.
