Douglas MacKenzie

Managing Director, DMC Ltd.

Douglas MacKenzie is Managing Director of DMC Ltd, a multimedia software company with offices in Glasgow, Scotland and Cleveland, OH. He has acted as consultant, managed and developed on a wide range of museum and gallery-related projects producing touch-screen kiosks, CD-ROMs and web-sites. Recent work has been on the nature and creation of virtual museums (because he doesn't get out much) and on MusDev, a DMC product, allowing others to repurpose museum data for publication in various on-line forms.

Douglas will co-present Multiple Uses of Data in the Museum Environment.
