Stephen Toney

President, Systems Planning

Stephen Toney has more than twenty years experience in planning, designing, and developing information systems for cultural organizations. He is President of Systems Planning, consultants to cultural organizations in information technology and management since 1986. Current projects include development of MWeb, an application that helps museums make their data and images available over the web. Earlier positions were with the Smithsonian, the Library of Congress, and Luna Imaging, Inc. He holds masters degrees in Library Science and Computer Science.

Stephen will present New Web-Based Interfaces to Old Databases.
