Susan Clarke is Head of Digital Projects at Steen Library, Stephen F. Austin State University. Before joining Digital Projects she was in the Research and Instructional Services department and was the Information Desk Services Librarian. Primary responsibilities include managing the various ongoing projects including the Curriculum Development Team workshops and image collection development. Ms. Clarke also provides database management oversight and the online learning community wiki administration. She also develops and manages virtual reference services and online/focus group assessment. She has a Masters of Science in Information Science from the University of North Texas.
