Norio Togiya is a project research associate of the graduate school of Interdisciplinary Information Studies, the University of Tokyo. He graduated from graduate school of Interfaculty Initiative in Information Studies, the University of Tokyo.(Ph.D 2007) He has studied about archives and museums informatics. His recent research subjects are metadata ,ontology and project management of digital archive and digital heritage.
