Her research interests are in Holocaust texts--her master's thesis dealt with Holocaust narrative and her dissertation was a rhetorical analysis of the text of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. Currently, she is working on an edited collection on the rhetoricity of memorials. This paper combines her interest in rhetoric, Holocaust museums, and web-based communication to demonstrate how the rhetorical concept of identification can be applied to web-based historical museum exhibits.
