Jim Spadaccini

Jim Spadaccini is the founder and president of Ideum, a design and consulting firm specializing in creating educational experiences online. Before forming Ideum, Jim was the Director of Interactive Media at the Exploratorium in San Francisco. There he led the Exploratorium's Web site to three consecutive Webby Awards (Best Science Site 1997- 1999) and a Smithsonian Computerworld Award (1999). Jim is also an instructor at San Francisco State’s Multimedia Studies Program, where for the last five years, he’s taught "Understanding the Internet: An Insider's Guide."
