Jim Angus has a M.A. in Biology and a B.A. in Geology and worked as a research scientist for nearly a decade. Since 1993 he has directed the development of the Natural History Museum's web site which was voted "Best Educational Use" at the 1997 Museums and the Web conference. He currently serves as technology chair for the California Association of Museums and Museum Educators of Southern California and is on the executive committee for the California Culture Net initiative.

Jim will teach Universal Access: Designing Web Pages for the Hearing- and Visually-Impaired
