James Swanson

Jim Swanson recently began working at The Banff Centre for the Arts, after 10 years at the Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies, also in Banff. His duties at the Whyte Museum included management of the collection databases and the organization's web site. He continues in a similar capacity at The Banff Centre. He has been active in the provincial museums association, serving on several committees relating to information management. He has written several articles on information management for museum periodicals, and presented a workshop on database export at Museums and the Web 1999.
