Cheryl Obermeyer has been the Director of Information Services at CHS for over 10 years. As Director of IS, Cheryl is responsible for the long-term strategic planning and daily operation of the Historical Society's technology and information systems. She provides leadership for tactical planning and implementation, evaluates technological trends for the museum's future growth, and proactively identifies opportunities to optimize the use of information technology in support of the museums objectives. Under her direction, the museum has advanced in many areas, including administrative systems, collections management, web-based resources and communications, and the most recent development of an eMarketing program.
